Billing & Service Availability Notice

Missed payments may lead to suspension.

This protects ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support costs.

Grace period: up to 15 days after a missed payment to update payment or complete payment.
Suspension/offline: at 30 days unpaid, the website may be taken offline until the balance is paid.
Reactivation: at 90 days unpaid, restoration may require all balances paid plus a $300 reactivation fee.
Removal: at 6 months unpaid, the website may be removed entirely from hosting and related files may be deleted.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and receipts are issued automatically. If you need help updating payment details, email info@webdev.bullyroom.com.
