1) Services

Bully Room provides web design, web development, website hosting/maintenance, branding assets, and optional SEO content services based on the plan selected.

2) Setup fees

Setup fees are one-time charges required to begin work (initial design/build, configuration, and launch preparation). Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3) Subscriptions and billing

• Monthly plans are billed every month. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receipts are issued at checkout.

4) Late payments, suspension, and removal from public view

• Grace period (15 days): if a payment is missed, the client has up to 15 days to update payment or complete payment before any service interruption.
• Suspension/offline (30 days): if the account remains unpaid for 30 days, the website may be taken offline and not visible to the public until the balance is paid.
• Reactivation (90 days): if unpaid for 90 days, restoring service may require payment of all outstanding balances plus a $300 reactivation fee (to cover restoration, re-provisioning, and support time).
• Removal (6 months): if unpaid for 6 months, the website may be removed entirely from hosting and related project files may be permanently deleted.

Note: some third-party costs (domains, premium plugins, or paid services) may require separate renewal; those will be disclosed if applicable.

5) Cancellations

You may cancel at any time. Service generally remains active through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

6) Client content and rights

• You confirm you have the rights to any content you provide (logos, photos, text).
• Delays in receiving required content/access may affect delivery timelines.
